I returned to my pasta-loving roots tonight with this dish. However, this is a relatively healthy take without heavy cream or a ton of cheese. The butternut squash still gives it a creamy texture and I used whole wheat pasta. I couldn't find spicy chicken sausage, so I used spicy pork sausage instead. The sage taste didn't come out quite strong enough with the recommended amount so I put in a bit more. All told, good dish. Lots of leftovers.
